Karen Dillon has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Karen currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Laureus, a role they started in January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief of Staff at Optio from December 2013 to October 2021. Karen also served as the Red Carpet Manager for the Laureus World Sports Awards from February 2013 to February 2020.

Before joining Optio and Laureus, Karen worked as a CRM Specialist at British Land from September 2013 to January 2017.
