Chao has extensive experience in software engineering, particularly in C++ development for the financial sector. Currently serving as a Senior C++ Engineer at Laurion Capital Management LP since January 2015, Chao focuses on developing and maintaining electronic trading infrastructure and high-frequency trading systems for global and China markets. Prior to this role, Chao worked at Millennium Management (Bleum) from February 2009 to January 2015 as a Project/Resource Manager and Senior C++ Developer, overseeing a team responsible for market connectivity engines.
