Mark Preston

Mark Preston is an experienced financial executive with a robust background in finance and operations. Currently serving as Director, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer at Laurium Capital Pty Ltd since March 2011, Mark has previously held the position of Group Finance Manager & Corporate Finance at Aveng Limited from August 2009 to February 2011. Prior to that, Mark worked as a Senior at Deloitte Bermuda and as an Audit Senior at Deloitte South Africa. Mark holds a CFA Charterholder designation from the CFA Institute and is a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) from the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. Mark's academic credentials include a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting and a B.Bus.Sci in Finance Honours, both from the University of Cape Town, and completed Matric at St Stithians College.
