Philip A. Cutler

Philip Cutler serves as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Paper, where the mission is to instill lifelong confidence in students. In addition to this role, Philip Cutler is a Board Member of the McGill Faculty of Education and the Founder and Chairman of Laurus Summer Camp, which combines education and mentorship with traditional camp activities. Previously, Philip Cutler was a City Councillor for the City of Westmount, where responsibilities included serving as Commissioner of Public Works and Innovation. Additionally, Philip Cutler founded and presided over Laurus Educational Services, providing tutoring to students across Canada. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education from McGill University.
