Emma A. Igual

Emma A. Igual is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in translation, localization, and humanitarian efforts. Currently serving as the Director and co-Founder of Road to Relief since March 2022, Emma also holds roles as a translator at treeloc and Tick Translations®, both starting in February 2022, and as a Localization Consultant at Lausanne Business Solutions since January 2021. Previous positions include Linguistic Data Analyst at M47 Labs and Language Specialist at Ms & Mr Language. Emma A. Igual has also contributed as a Partner at Oxinity and as a Freelance Translator and Writer on Upwork. An experienced entrepreneur, Emma was the Entrepreneur In Residence at Demium and coordinated refugee camp efforts at A Drop in the Ocean from August 2018 to August 2020. Emma holds a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of California, Berkeley, and has completed additional studies in International Relations, Humanitarian Aid, and Social Work at prestigious institutions across Europe.
