Tom Fitzsimmons

Tom Fitzsimmons is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and leadership development, currently serving as Managing Director at Lausanne Business Solutions since July 1987. Tom has also held significant leadership roles, including Past President of the Arizona Lacrosse Officials Association and President of both the Southwest Lacrosse Officials Association and SEI Metalforms. Additionally, Tom has served as Director at Lausanne Institute, emphasizing the importance of operational assessments for organizational success. A graduate of Harvard Business School with an MBA, Tom also holds a Master of Education from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
