Ruslan Zagidulin currently serves as Co-Regional Director at Lausanne Movement, a role assumed in September 2022. Prior experience includes positions such as Ministry Coordinator at OneHope from December 2016 to December 2020, and Program Coordinator at Russian Ministries from January 2010 to December 2016. Additionally, Ruslan held the role of Projects Manager at Suyuu Bulagy from December 2009 to April 2016, focusing on partner proposals, event organization, and training programs. Early career experience includes serving as a Pastor Assistant at a Baptist Church from September 2001 to June 2009. Ruslan earned a Master’s degree in Biblical Studies from the International Baptist Theological Seminary from 2006 to 2012 and graduated with an engineering degree in automatic control systems from Kyrgyzskij Tehnièeskij Universitet im. I. Razzakova in 1998. Currently, Ruslan is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Theology at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, which began in January 2022.
