Diana Gandraman

Diana Gandraman has been in the hospitality industry since 2017. Diana started as a Duty Manager at Boundary London, where they were responsible for managing basic accounting procedures, invoicing, payments, cash operations, and handling room and restaurant bookings. In 2019, they moved to Cirrus Inns, where they worked as a Sales and Reservations Executive, with responsibilities including system implementation, training, and continuous support, as well as creating and implementing SOPs and group booking conversions. In 2020, they joined The Ivy Collection as a Reservations Agent. Currently, they are employed at Lavanda as an Implementation Manager and Channel Integrations Specialist.

Diana Gandraman completed a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA at Laurea University of Applied Sciences in the field of BIT, Developing Digital Services from 2022 to 2025. Prior to that, they completed a FDA Photography at Barking & Dagenham College in the field of Creative Arts from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they completed a BTEC Photography at Barking & Dagenham College from 2015 to 2016. Furthermore, they completed a Licence at Université Paris 8 in the field of Information et communication from 2012 to 2015.
