Prior experience includes a role as Quality Control Analyst at Bacardi, where compliance of wines and spirits was assessed using instrumental chemistry techniques, as well as a position at Ferrero, focusing on microbiological analysis of materials. Bianca's early research experience includes an internship at Université catholique de Louvain, studying bacteria suitable for degrading polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in marine environments.
