Bianca Serito

Bianca Serito has a robust professional background with experience in leading and conducting research within the food and beverage industry. At Lavazza Group, Bianca served as the Discovery & Innovation Team Leader, Senior Research Technologist, and Food Sensory and Regulatory Assistant from September 2017 to January 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Quality Control Analyst at Bacardi, where compliance of wines and spirits was assessed using instrumental chemistry techniques, as well as a position at Ferrero, focusing on microbiological analysis of materials. Bianca's early research experience includes an internship at Université catholique de Louvain, studying bacteria suitable for degrading polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in marine environments. Academically, Bianca holds a Master's Degree in Plant Biotechnology and a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture from Università degli Studi Torino.
