Francesca Dangelico is an accomplished Food Development and Innovation Director at Lavazza Group, leading global products portfolio development since October 2017, focusing on innovation in roasted ground coffee, pods, and beverages through Design Thinking methodologies. Prior experience at Barilla Group encompassed various leadership roles, including Head of Global Innovation Platforms, where Francesca designed the Mulino Bianco personalization experience and supported 3D pasta printer development, and Beverage Product Development Category Manager, where Francesca developed Mulino Bianco Storie di Frutta. Additionally, as Bakery Product Development Manager, Francesca was instrumental in launching Molinetti biscuits and Olivia&Marino dry bread range to drive growth in mature markets. Francesca began her career with stager positions at Grace Foods Processing & Packaging Machinery and MOBIL PLASTIC S.p.A.
