Pierluigi Bilancia

Pierluigi Bilancia is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in business control and commercial management. Currently serving as the Group Business Control Director and Finance Cluster Controller at Lavazza since November 2016, Pierluigi has developed a robust skill set in strategic financial oversight. Prior to this role, Pierluigi spent over 14 years at Ferrero, where positions included Business Intelligence & Commercial Innovation Senior Manager, Trade Marketing Manager - Out of Home, and various controller roles. Pierluigi holds a degree in Economics and Business from Luiss Business School, obtained between 1996 and 2001.
