Susanne Wege

Susanne Wege is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in commercial strategy and brand management across multiple sectors. Currently serving as General Manager for Germany and Austria at Lavazza Group since August 2019, Susanne is responsible for leading the company's significant business in the Espresso market. Prior to this role, Susanne was the Commercial Director for Western Europe at Red Bull, where responsibilities included developing growth plans for key European markets. Additional experience includes serving as Sales Director at Danone, where Susanne managed leading water brands, and a long tenure at Red Bull in various leadership positions, including General Manager for Sweden. Susanne's career began at Kraft Foods Austria as a Brand Manager, along with earlier roles in marketing and PR at the Austrian National Tourist Office and the European Commission. Susanne holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universität Innsbruck and has completed studies at the Stockholm School of Economics and Ecole Superieure de Commerce in Troyes.
