Clive Heal, (FCIPS)

Clive Heal (FCIPS) has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Clive is currently the Founder and CEO of LavenirAI, a position they have held since October 2020. Prior to this, from March 2019 to December 2021, they served as the President of CRH Innovation, where they helped procurement organizations launch and accelerate their procurement and supplier innovation programs.

Before that, Clive held various leadership roles at Roche, including leading the Innovation Center of Excellence (ICE) from January 2015 to December 2018, where they managed the ideation to implementation process of over 50 innovation business cases. Clive also led the Roche Supplier Relationship Center (SRC) from October 2011 to December 2014, where they designed, built, and led onsite collaboration teams of Roche innovation managers, business partners, and supplier representatives.

Earlier in their career, Clive worked at Genentech as the Head of GMP Sourcing from 2003 to 2011. Clive also served as the Chief Procurement Officer at Prudential plc from 1999 to 2003 and as the Vice President/CPO Europe at Glaxo SmithKline from 1992 to 1999.

Clive's career began at PwC, where they worked as a Management Consultant from 1989 to 1992, completing over 25 procurement assignments for major European companies across various industries. Clive started their professional journey at Reckitt, where they held the positions of Head of QC, Sales & Marketing Manager, and Procurement from 1979 to 1989.

Throughout their career, Clive has demonstrated expertise in procurement, supplier relationship management, innovation, and implementing disruptive ideas.

Clive Heal (FCIPS) holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Leicester. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained the FCIPS certification from The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply. Clive has also received the Innovation award from the World Procurement Awards, awarded by Procurement Leaders. The exact dates of when they obtained these certifications and awards are not provided.
