Ernesto F. Martinez

Ernesto F. Martinez's work experience includes serving as a 3rd Grade Teacher at East Chicago Urban Enterprise Academy from 2005 to 2010. Ernesto F. then worked at Discovery Charter School from 2010 to 2023, holding roles such as Team Leader, School Principal, CEO/Head of School, and finally Superintendent of Discovery Charter School. Starting in 2023, they will be the School Principal at LaVille Elementary School.

Ernesto F. Martinez has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Purdue University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2004. Ernesto F. then pursued a Master of Science degree in School Leadership from Indiana University Northwest, which they completed from 2009 to 2013.
