Ezra Androphy

Ezra Androphy has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Ezra currently holds the position of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Lavner Education, where they have been since February 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Advisor at the same company from April 2022 to February 2023.

Before joining Lavner Education, Ezra worked as the CTO at Lavner Education from April 2021 to February 2022. Ezra also has a significant tenure at LAVNER CAMPS & PROGRAMS, INC, where they held the position of Head of Human Capital from February 2017 to February 2022.

Ezra began their career as a Financial Advisor at Primerica in 2016 and also gained experience as a Day Camp Director at Germantown Academy in 2015. Ezra served as an Assistant Director at Pinemere Camp from 2011 to 2015 and at Etgar 36 from 2007 to 2009.

Furthermore, Ezra has a strong background in youth programs, having worked as an Activities Director at United Synagogue Youth from 2000 to 2007. Their earliest work experience can be traced back to Camp Ramah in the Berkshires, where they served as a Bunk Counselor, Assistant Division Head, and eventually as a Division Head from 1996 to 2000. During their time there, Ezra supervised a large number of campers, managed staff members, and played a crucial role in programming and decision-making.

Ezra Androphy attended Columbia University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a BA degree in Sociology. During the same time, they also studied Talmudic Studies at the Jewish Theological Seminary, earning another BA degree. In 1999, they participated in a Junior Semester Study Abroad program at the Rothberg International School at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
