Amandine Sejalon

Amandine Sejalon currently serves as the Chargée de réservations individuelles at Lavorel Hotels since July 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Réceptionniste hôtellerie at MAMA SHELTER from April 2020 to July 2023 and as an Adjointe de direction for GROUPE CRESCENDO RESTAURATION from November 2018 to March 2020. Amandine's career began with various roles in the hospitality sector, including an Employé étudiant position at CRESCENDO RESTAURATION and a Stage reception/service role at Hotel Gatsby. Amandine has also gained experience as a Serveuse extras at Balthaz'art and through internships at Hotel du Golf and Restaurant Marguerite. Amandine holds a BTS in Hotellerie Restauration and completed a Mise A Niveau in the same field, along with a Baccalauréat in STMG.
