Valeria Pola

Valeria Pola is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in recruitment and personnel administration. Currently serving as a Senior HR Recruitment Consultant at Lavoropiù SpA since July 2015, Valeria focuses on recruitment processes and payroll management. Prior to this, Valeria held the role of HR Recruitment Consultant at TEMPOR SPA from February 2014 to March 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing the startup of the Reggio Emilia branch. Valeria also worked at Trenkwalder Italia as an HR Recruitment Consultant from May 2010 to February 2014, further developing expertise in recruitment and payroll processing. Valeria holds a degree in Foreign Languages, Literature, and Linguistics from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
