Carla Sofia Silva

Carla Sofia Silva has extensive experience in HR and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Team Leader and HR Consultant at Softinsa, an IBM subsidiary, since October 2013. At Softinsa, Carla is responsible for managing recruitment processes across various locations and business units while also providing support to other HR areas. Prior to this role, Carla worked as a Technical Assistant in the Project Management Office at the Instituto Politécnico de Tomar from February 2012 to October 2013.
