Mohammad Ahmad

Mohamad Ahmad is a seasoned professional in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Regional Brand Manager at Lavoya Restaurants Group since December 2021. Previously, Mohamad held the position of Head Of Operations at The Capital Gourmet, where significant growth was achieved from Assistant General Manager to District Manager, successfully opening and managing six branches of Five Guys Burgers & Fries across the GCC. Prior experience includes roles as Restaurant General Manager at Cravia Inc and McDonald's, where Mohamad advanced from a crew member to Restaurant General Manager over nearly a decade. A graduate of Lebanese International University, Mohamad earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management in 2013.
