Kelly Flageul

Kelly Flageul is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, business support, and risk management. Currently serving as the Executive Chair and Managing Director of Law At Work (Channel Islands) Limited since April 2006, Kelly focuses on helping clients navigate employment law, human resources, payroll, employee relations, and health & safety to mitigate risks and enhance employer-employee relations. In addition to roles at Law At Work, Kelly holds directorships at WorkHealth Jersey and ASL Recruitment, while previously serving as a Senior HR Officer at The Jersey Electricity Company and in various positions within the States of Jersey. Kelly's academic background includes studies at Jersey Business School.
