Melissa Hollatz

Melissa Hollatz is a Senior Counsel leading the Nonprofit Protection Project at the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley, where also serves on the Board of Directors and acted as Board Chair from 2022 to 2024. In addition, Melissa is a Director for SAGE Compassion for Animals, Project Happiness, and Next Door Solutions to Domestic Violence, the latter of which included a tenure as Board Chair from 2007 to 2017. Melissa is currently a Stanford DCI Fellow and previously served as a Director for The Horse Park at Woodside and as a Partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, specializing in corporate and securities law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. Melissa holds a JD from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Stanford University.
