Leighton Campbell

Leighton Campbell is an experienced learning and development professional, currently serving as the Learning and Development Coordinator at Law Partners Personal Injury Lawyers since September 2025. Prior to this role, Leighton worked as a Learning & Culture Administrator at Multiplex from August 2022 to September 2025 and as a Graduate Consultant specializing in HR Transformation & Technology at Deloitte from July 2021 to August 2022. Leighton's career began with a Summer Vacation Program at Woodside Energy in late 2020, focusing on research into organizational development trends and enhancing performance management tools. Leighton holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources and a Graduate Certificate in Information Systems and Information Technology from Curtin University, as well as dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Asian Studies and Political Science and International Relations from The University of Western Australia.
