Jennifer Utesch

Jennifer Utesch is an executive vice president with LawlerWood overseeing property and facility management responsibilities. Jennifer has an extensive knowledge of commercial property management with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. She is a Certified Property Manager® through the Institute of Real Estate Management as well as a licensed Tennessee Real Estate Broker. Jennifer has managed various types of commercial properties including business parks, community retail centers, office buildings, medical office buildings, specialty retail centers, municipal facilities and industrial buildings. Jennifer is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego and has been a Certified Property Manager® since 1998.
