Randall L. Gibson

Randy Gibson serves as chief executive officer for LawlerWood and various affiliated entities, overseeing day-to-day operations and coordinating the legal aspects of the company’s development projects and other activities. Prior to joining the company in 1995, Mr. Gibson was a partner in the regional law firm of Baker, Donelson, Bearman & Caldwell, where he practiced extensively in the commercial and construction fields on behalf of local and national corporate clients. He received both his B.S. degree in finance and his law degree from the University of Tennessee. Randy is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association’s Litigation Section and has served on the boards of several charitable and civic organizations, including United Way, Young Life and Volunteer Ministry Center.
