Lisa Cooper Ed.d.

Lisa Cooper, Ed.D. serves as the Assistant Superintendent for Lawndale Elementary School District since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in educational leadership. Previously, Lisa held the position of Principal at Culver City High School from August 2006 to January 2023, where significant student support programs were developed, including the implementation of an intervention and enrichment period integrated into the school day. Lisa's career also includes roles as a High School Assistant Principal, Counselor, and Vice President Elect for the Westside Charter ACSA Region 14. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Pepperdine University, a Master's degree in Counselor Education from National University, and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Los Angeles.
