Benedicta Okonmah-Moha has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. BENEDICTA started their career as an Industrial Trainee at Total Nigeria PLC in 2008. BENEDICTA then moved on to GITL (LawPavilion), where they worked as a Client Service Officer, Relationship Manager, and eventually became the Head of Client Service, focusing on improving customer service standards and training staff. In 2017, Benedicta joined LawPavilion as a Team Lead Relationship Manager, responsible for delegating work, overseeing progress, and mentoring their team. Over the years, they took on various leadership roles, including Deputy Head of Strategy Business Development & Customer Success, Head of Strategy Business Development & Customer Success, and currently holds the position of Head of Account Management Unit at LawPavilion. In these roles, Benedicta's responsibilities include managing key business and customer accounts, developing sales strategies, implementing organizational strategies, and establishing sales objectives. BENEDICTA has a strong sales and customer service background, with a clear vision of strategic plans and the ability to lead and coach teams for success.

Benedicta Okonmah-Moha obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mass Communication from Ajayi Crowther University Oyo State, in the field of Mass Communication/Media Studies. In 2012, they also obtained the International Certified Service Professional (ICSP) certification from the Quality Service Institute USA.
