Ope Olugasa

Ope Olugasa has a variety of work experience in different industries. Ope started their career in 2000 at the Nigerian Bottling Company PLC, where they worked as a Communications System Support Manager until 2003. In 2003, Olugasa moved to Omega Bank Plc, where they held the position of Head Telecoms/New Initiatives and Online Banking. During their time at Omega Bank, they were responsible for initiating and implementing various IT projects. In 2005, Olugasa joined LawPavilion as the MD/CEO, a role they continue to hold.

Ope Olugasa began their education at Federal Government College in Idoani, where they completed their high school education from 1988 to 1993. They then attended Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) Ife from 1994 to 2000, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering. In 2010, they pursued further education at Lagos Business School, completing an OMP (Open-Market Program) in Business Administration and Management, General. In the same year, Ope also attended MEIRC Training & Consulting for Strategic Marketing Management. In 2014, they obtained a Certificate in Organizational Behaviour from Robert Kennedy College. Lastly, in 2018, Ope briefly attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management, focusing on Artificial Intelligence.
