Lawrence County Community Action Partnership
Melissa Pindroh is an experienced educator with a background in early childhood education, currently serving as the lead instructor at Lawrence County Community Action Partnership since January 2013. In this role, Melissa oversees a classroom of 20 students aged 3 to 5 years, performing various duties that include developing routines, instructing across all age levels, managing classroom behavior, conducting home visits, maintaining student records, and providing individualized support. Additionally, Melissa holds teaching positions with the National Head Start Association and serves as a substitute teacher in multiple school districts, including Seneca Valley, Ambridge Area, Freeport Area, and Mars Area School Districts. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from PennWest Edinboro between 2010 and 2012.
