Sean Reardon has a diverse work experience ranging from education to entertainment. Starting in 1994, they worked as a Special Education Teacher in Lawrence Public Schools for six years before becoming the Special Education Department Chairman and Teacher at Greater Lawrence Technical School. In 2007, they returned to Lawrence Public Schools as a Special Education Teacher until 2013 when they became the Principal of St. Mary of the Annunciation School. Sean continued their career in education as a Special Education Teacher at Mary D. Altavesta School and later became the Special Education Director (Zone 2) at Lawrence Public Schools from 2019 to 2022. Additionally, Sean has been the Varsity Girls Volleyball Coach at Presentation of Mary Academy since 2010. Alongside their career in education, Sean has also worked as a Professional Mobile Disk Jockey since 1996 and currently serves as the Director of Special Education at Lawrence Family Development Charter School.

Sean Reardon earned a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education and Elementary Education from Fitchburg State University from 1989 to 1994. Sean then went on to complete a Master's Degree in Elementary and Middle School Administration/Principalship from American International College from 2008 to 2010. Prior to their college education, Sean Reardon attended Central Catholic High School in Lawrence, MA from 1985 to 1989.
