Lisa Crutchfield

Lisa has many years of experience in human resources and labor relations. Her most recent role was with Tenet Health as the Massachusetts Market CHRO, overseeing Human Resources for MetroWest Medical Center and Saint Vincent Hospital. Lisa's prior health care experience also includes serving as the Senior Vice President of Labor Relations for CareOne/HealthBridge Management, overseeing labor and employee relations for over sixty long term care and assisted living centers across several states, and performing in the role of Senior Labor Counsel with Cambridge Health Alliance. Lisa is a graduate of Smith College and attained her Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School.
