Kathryn Thomas (Katie)

Kathryn (Katie) Thomas currently serves as the Materials Preparation Manager at the Lawrence Hall of Science, UC Berkeley, where responsibilities include ensuring the availability of materials and equipment for educational programs and events. Previously, Katie held the role of Museum Educator, developing and teaching science and engineering workshops for children. Other experience includes an internship at the California Academy of Sciences, summer camp instruction, and various research assistant positions related to ecology at UC Berkeley. Katie holds a BA in Integrative Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, following studies at Diablo Valley College.
