Clay Tingley

Clay Tingley is an experienced leader in product management and development, currently serving as Group Leader at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory since November 2023. Previously, Tingley held various key positions, including Head of Enterprise Product at MURAL, where leadership of Enterprise product teams focused on Security, Identity, and Compliance features was a significant contribution. Tingley founded Lifenug, aimed at facilitating the sharing of life stories across generations. Further experience includes roles such as Head of Product at Crunchbase, VP of Product at Percolate Inc., and Sr. Director of HCM Product Management at Workday, where foundational work in talent and HR core products was executed. Early career highlights include serving as Functional Product Architect at PeopleSoft and Director of Product Management at Teamscape prior to its acquisition by PeopleSoft. Clay Tingley holds a BA in Economics from Pomona College.
