Corey Connors

Corey Connors is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience leading diverse teams and developing strategic communication initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as the Communications Division Leader (Senior Director) at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Corey directs a 60-member in-house communications agency, overseeing internal and employee communications, event management, and change management strategies. Previous roles include Director of Marketing Communications at Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies, where Corey established a marketing communications team and launched digital community strategies, and Director of Communications at Rincon Consultants, Inc., where strategic plans enhanced brand awareness and employee engagement. Corey’s earlier experience spans positions at Fehr & Peers, Photoflex, ZNA Communications, and others, demonstrating a consistent focus on brand management, public relations, and innovative communication solutions. Corey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication with a minor in Public Relations from California State University, Chico.
