Dr. Andrekka Lanier

Dr. Andrekka Lanier serves as an Organizational Development Consultant and DEI Special Projects Liaison at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory since July 2019, while also holding the position of Associate Professor of Leadership and Guidance at Mt. San Jacinto College since January 2018. Prior experience includes roles as a consultant, lecturer, and implementation specialist, and as a Family Resource Coordinator at California Virtual Academies, where strategic services and interventions were provided to enhance academic learning. Previous positions also encompass supervisory and medical social work, with a strong emphasis on community outreach, crisis management, and individual counseling. Dr. Lanier holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from the University of Southern California, a Master of Public Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management, and a Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University.
