Gregory Pope

Gregory Pope is an experienced professional in software quality engineering and management with a robust career spanning multiple decades. Currently serving as the SQE Group Leader at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory since January 2002, Gregory leads projects focused on advanced simulation and computing software quality for high-performance computing multi-physics simulation codes. Previously, roles included Director of the US Western Region at Tescom, where responsibilities encompassed P&L for SQA service delivery and high-level consulting. As President of Azor, Inc., Gregory founded an eCommerce testing company offering innovative products and services. A seasoned instructor, Gregory has conducted international seminars on various software-related topics. An extensive background in software management is complemented by an MBA in Executive Management and continuous education from prestigious institutions.
