Jamie Bramwell

Jamie Bramwell is a seasoned professional in computational engineering and physics with extensive experience at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory since May 2013, serving as Deputy Associate Program Director for the Weapon Simulation and Computing Computational Physics Program, Director of the Center for Computational Engineering, and Computational Mechanics Group Leader. Prior roles include Graduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the Oden Institute for Computational Engineering and Sciences from September 2008 to May 2013, as well as Graduate Research Intern positions at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and Schlumberger. Jamie's earlier experience includes working as a Nuclear Systems Engineer at Altran Solutions and supportive roles at Northwestern University. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. and M.S. in Computational Science, Engineering, and Mathematics from the Oden Institute, along with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University.
