Terry Davis

Terry Davis currently serves as a Strategic HR Business Partner at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory since January 2024, bringing extensive experience from a long tenure at IBM from 2007 to January 2024. At IBM, Terry held positions including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Site HR Leader in San Francisco, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing staffing needs, employee engagement, and diversity recruitment efforts. Notably, Terry co-led the development of a national hiring guide and fostered leadership within the Bay Area Black Employee Resource Group. As an Advisory Human Resources Business Partner, Terry played a critical role in workforce development and diversity talent management, shaping strategic hiring initiatives and partnerships within diverse communities in Silicon Valley. Terry holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University and a BA in Advertising & Marketing from San José State University.
