Jim Henry

Jim Henry is an experienced professional with a substantial background in governance and advisory roles. Currently serving as an Independent Board Director and Chair of the Audit & Ethics Committee at Lawrence Livermore National Security LLC since June 2021, Jim also holds board positions at Spindletop Pain Management Holdings, LLC, and as Senior Advisor at Elevage Medical Technologies and ERA Partners LLC.
