Rick Hoffman

Rick Hoffman has extensive experience in business development and quality control within the manufacturing and logistics industries. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Lawrence Screw Products, Inc. since 2012, Rick began their career with the company as a quality inspector. Prior to this role, Rick held positions as a Key Account Manager at ESKA Automotive GmbH, where time was also spent in engineering and quality, and as a Logistics Analyst at QST International Inc., assisting with quality and sales issues. Rick started in the workforce at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Trainee and Car Prep Assistant. Rick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Valparaiso University and previously studied at Carthage College.
