Alexandra Bunting is the current Assistant Registrar for Enrollment & Registration at Lawrence Technological University. Prior to their current position, Alexandra was a Catering Head Chef at Delaware North from January 2014 to June 2016. In this role, Alexandra was responsible for collaborating with other chefs and front house managers to help plan and execute a large variety of successful functions year-round. Alexandra also managed and ran the largest catering kitchen in the Delaware North Family, bringing in total revenues between $3.3 and $4 million dollars a year.
In addition to their role at Delaware North, Alexandra has also worked as a Sandwich Artist and Cheese Monger at Pastoral Artisan Cheese, Bread & Wine from May 2012 to September 2012. In this role, Alexandra was responsible for conceptualizing and creating new and exciting custom menus for various clients at vast cost differences. Alexandra was also responsible for maintaining the inventory levels for the catering department to ensure balanced levels of costs and revenue.
Alexandra Bunting has a culinary arts degree from Le Cordon Bleu North America and a bachelor's degree in business management from Lawrence Technological University. Alexandra is currently a health coach with the Health Coach Institute.
