Marquis Scott joined The Lawrenceville School in 2018. He has implemented a technology-focused strategic plan to improve the School’s integration of cyber security best practices, enhanced the School’s use of its employee portal, and created a streamlined approach to campus-wide technology support. Other instrumental contributions include implementing best practices and advancing the School’s senior staff initiative on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Scott also created and led Lawrenceville’s Strategic Communication and Institutional Marketing Committees to ensure that School-wide communications, website strategy, brand/visual identity, and media efforts were consistent with the School’s mission and values. He also helped lead the marketing and branding efforts for Lawrenceville’s Gruss Center for Art & Design and works closely with Lawrenceville community members to increase the School’s capacity to execute both immediate and long-range strategic projects and priorities.
