Jennifer Nyland is an Environmental and Regulatory Lawyer at Lawson Lundell LLP, where responsibilities include advising various industries on regulatory, environmental, and Crown land matters. Jennifer's expertise encompasses provincial, federal, and northern environmental assessments, permitting, and remediation processes. Previously, Jennifer was Director of Engineering at Packeteer, following the acquisition of co-founded Workfire, an internet software company. In addition, Jennifer has served as a board member for Keats Camps, the Okanagan Science and Technology Council, and the Okanagan High Tech Council. Jennifer holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and a J.D. from The University of British Columbia.
