Steven Villarreal is a seasoned professional in instructional design and sales enablement with a robust background in education and innovative learning solutions. Currently serving as the Manager of Instructional Design & Technology at Lawson Products, Villarreal focuses on enhancing sales skills and product knowledge through cutting-edge learning technologies. As the Director of Learning Strategies at Learning Atoms, Villarreal specializes in developing tailored sales enablement programs and gamified learning solutions. Additionally, Villarreal is an Adjunct Professor at the University of the Incarnate Word, teaching courses in Communication Arts, and has previously held leadership roles in instructional design and talent management at Vista, CHRISTUS Health, and Rackspace.
