Thomas Cowser

Thomas Cowser has a work experience spanning over a decade in leadership positions in human resources. Thomas worked at Lawson Products as the Human Resources Director since June 2011. Prior to that, they worked at Pactiv, LLC as the Regional Human Resources Manager from November 2003 to May 2011. Before joining Pactiv, LLC, they held the position of Senior Human Resources Generalist at Andrew Corporation from October 1995 to November 2003.

Thomas Cowser holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Lewis University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Fostering Inclusion and Diversity from Yale School of Management in 2019, Accelerating Change Readiness & Agility from UC Berkeley Executive Education in 2018, Change Management from Change Guides in 2016, DDI - Certified Facilitator from Development Dimensions International in 2014, and Six Sigma - Black Belt Certification from Eckes and Associates & Lawson Products, Inc in 2014.
