Hayley Butcher

Hayley Butcher is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in human resources and coaching. Currently serving as a Global HR Generalist at Lawter, Inc. since October 2018, Hayley has also been a Gymnastics Coach at Midwest Training and Ice Center since June 2006. Previous experience includes roles as a Client Associate at Merrill Lynch and a Client Service Associate at UBS. Additionally, Hayley gained valuable experience through an internship with USA Gymnastics, specializing in Trampoline Gymnastics. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Purdue University, obtained between 2010 and 2014.
