Shahrzad Kojouri (Shaz)

Shahrzad Kojouri is a legal professional and entrepreneur with a diverse background in law and business. As the founder of Villy and a founding member of HeyCounsel, Shahrzad demonstrates a strong commitment to innovation in the legal field. In addition to founding roles, Shahrzad serves as legal counsel for Lawtrades and holds a board member position at ACC Greater Philadelphia. Shahrzad's experience is complemented by participation in the Founder Catalyst program with Techstars in collaboration with JP Morgan Chase. Educational credentials include a J.D., Cum Laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a B.S. in International Business & Marketing with a minor in Theology from Rosemont College.
