Darren Marks

Darren Marks is a seasoned legal professional with considerable expertise in litigation and arbitration. As the President and co-founder of the Small Claims Arbitrators Association, Inc. since April 2017, Darren has played a pivotal role in establishing the official association for Small Claims Court Arbitrators in New York City. In addition, Darren co-founded the Marks Brothers Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting philanthropy and social justice. With a robust background as a Senior Partner at Borah, Goldstein, Altschuler, Nahins & Goidel, P.C., Darren has represented a diverse clientele in various legal matters. Previous roles include serving as Small Claims Arbitrator and holding leadership positions within the Lexington Democratic Club. Darren's legal journey began with experiences as a Law Clerk and Legislative Assistant, complemented by a Juris Doctor degree from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and a BA in Economics from California State University San Marcos.
