Nancy Pridgen

Nancy Pridgen is an accomplished ERISA litigator and employment lawyer with extensive experience across multiple law firms. Currently serving as an Official Member at Lawyers of Distinction since January 2023, Nancy is also the Founding Member of Pridgen Bassett Law, LLC, a position held since April 2020. Prior roles include Founding Member at Pridgen Law Group and Partner at Patel Burkhalter Law Group, where Nancy led the Employment Law practice group. With a legal career beginning as a Law Clerk to Judge James Carr and experience as an Assistant U.S. Attorney, Nancy has demonstrated expertise in various legal capacities. Nancy holds a JD from Vanderbilt University Law School and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in English Language and Literature and English Literature and Communication from Auburn University.
