Krishna Rao

Krishna Rao has over 35 years of work experience in the chemical industry. Their current role is as the Senior Vice President - Quality at Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd., where they started in May 2021. Previously, they worked at Hikal Ltd. as the Head - Corporate Quality from December 2008 to April 2021. Before that, they held positions at United Phosphorus Ltd. as the GM - Technical in 2008, A.M.Todd India Ltd. as the Head - Technical from 2001 to 2008, American Cyanamid Company as the Manager - Quality Assurance from 1998 to 2001, BASF India Limited as an Analytical Chemist from 1990 to 1998, and Gharda Chemicals Limited as a Chemist from 1985 to 1990.

Krishna Rao obtained a M.Sc. degree by research from Ruia College between 1995 and 1997. In 2010 and 2011, they attended the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta where they completed the PLAM (Program on Leading & Managing).
