Kamlesh Chauhan

Kamlesh Chauhan is an experienced professional in human resources and administration, currently serving as the CEO of CF Operations at Amul Dairy since January 2013. Concurrently, Kamlesh has been the General Manager of HR & Admin at Laxmi Snacks Pvt Ltd (REAL Namkeen) since February 2010, overseeing HR and administrative activities while aligning with the organization's strategic objectives. Previous roles include Senior Manager of HR at GMM Pfaudler Ltd. and Manager of P&A at Prayas Engineering Ltd. Kamlesh's career began as an Assistant Manager in Personnel Management and Administration, demonstrating a strong foundation in human resource management since 1987. Academic qualifications include an LL.B from Anand Law College, a Master’s in Social Work focused on Personnel Management and Labour Welfare from Udaipur School of Social Work, and a Bachelor’s in English Literature from Anand Arts College.
